How to Cook

  • To Sear: Preheat skillet on med-low heat. Add 1 tsp of your favourite cooking oil. Sear Modern Meat patty until golden brown, about 4 mins, flip and repeat.
  • To Grill: Preheat grill on medium. Add 1 tsp of your favourite cooking oil to each side of the modern meat patty. Grill until golden brown about 4 mins, flip and repeat.
  • For best results: Do not start patties in cold oil or cook from chilled. Do not over handle patties while cooking.
