HOW TO COOK

  • Remove ‘Crab’ Cakes from packaging and separate patties.
  • Heat up pan to med heat and add 1 tbsp of your favourite cooking oil.
  • Cook each side of patty for 4-5 minutes until golden brown. You may need to add more oil when flipping.
  • Serve with a side salad, and Modern Tarragon Remoulade.

HOW TO COOK

  • Microwave: Remove “Crab” Cakes from tray and microwave for 1 min 30 secs. Allow to rest for 45 secs.
  • Oven: Preheat to 400 and bake on sheet for 10 minutes.
    Allow to rest for 1 min.
  • To Sear: Preheat skillet on med-low heat. Add 1 tsp of cooking oil. Sear patty until golden brown (approx 3 min). Flip and repeat.
