I am lacto-ovo and substituted the crab cakes for english muffins when I made eggs benny recently... YUM!
My daughter brought these home and cooked them up as an appy and I was blown away. These are better than most crab cakes I’ve had and so easy to prepare. I would recommended them as an easy dinner party snack!!

While the burger and meatballs are my favorites, this was still pretty good. I paired it with Kale and Spinach. I am not vegan or vegetarian but I enjoy this so much that I don't cook any meat at home. Have reordered more because this is clean eating, no soy, no gluten, happy days forever.
We consider ourselves “fregan” as we do our best to eat mainly plant based foods but we do consume fish and meats also on occasion. Crab cakes are a favourite for us and a go to for appies when entertaining. Modern Meat crab cakes are so outstanding that we will have no reason to eat crab cakes again - these plant based cakes are a crowd pleaser and the tarragon sauce is a must have for the crab cakes and pretty much anything else. We are customers for life!!
