White Root Vegetable, Red Onion, Bell Pepper, Pea Protein, Fresh Dill, Fresh Lemon, Old Bay, Vegan Mayo, Kosher Salt, Tabasco, Rice Bread Crumb, Potato Starch

HOW TO COOK

  • Microwave: Remove “Crab” Cakes from tray and microwave for 1 min 30 secs. Allow to rest for 45 secs.
  • Oven: Preheat to 400 and bake on sheet for 10 minutes.
    Allow to rest for 1 min.
  • To Sear: Preheat skillet on med-low heat. Add 1 tsp of cooking oil. Sear patty until golden brown (approx 3 min). Flip and repeat.
