BEST VEGAN BURGER

HOW TO COOK

For best results cook from frozen. Refrain from overhandling patties. Cook until golden brown on each side.

IN THE PAN:

  • Preheat skillet on med heat.
  • Add 1 tsp of your favourite cooking oil.
  • Sear Modern Meat patty until golden brown, (about 4 minutes each side).
  • Flip and repeat.

GRILL:

  • Preheat grill on medium.
  • Add 1 tsp of your favourite cooking oil to each side of the patty.
  • Grill until golden brown (about 3-4 mins).
  • Flip and repeat.

HOW TO COOK

  • To Sear: Preheat skillet on med-low heat. Add 1 tsp of your favourite cooking oil. Sear Modern Meat patty until golden brown, about 2 mins, flip and repeat.
  • To Grill: Preheat grill on medium. Add 1 tsp of your favourite cooking oil to each side of the modern meat patty. Grill until golden brown about 2 mins, flip and repeat.
  • For best results: Do not start patties in cold oil or cook from chilled. Do not over handle patties while cooking.
