Filling (green cabbage, water, pea protein, green onion, ginger puree, sesame oil, salt, methylcellulose, mushroom powder, granulated garlic, yeast extract, vinegar powder [maltodextrin, distilled white vinegar], granulated onion, cane sugar, black pepper), Wrapper (enriched wheat flour, water, canola oil, corn starch, salt, potassium sorbate, sodium propionate, xanthan gum, beet red, parsley, oregano, black pepper), Sauce (water, tamari, sunflower oil, cane sugar, sesame oil, rice wine vinegar, granulated garlic, ginger powder, cayenne pepper). Contains Gluten.

In a non-stick pan, heat 1 tbsp of cooking oil over medium heat. Add frozen Modern™ Gyozas and fry for 3-4 minutes until golden brown on bottom. Add 2 oz of water and cover pan with lid. Steam for 3 minutes or until wrapper appears translucent and water has evaporated. While cooking, remove sauce pack and defrost in warm bowl of water. Cook until internal temperature is 170°F.
