Pea protein, Water, Sunflower oil, Carrot, Celery, Onion, Mushroom powder, Grape pomace (grapes, yeast), Granulated garlic, Sea salt, Vinegar powder (maltodextrin, white distilled vinegar), Granulated onion, Beet red, Yeast extract, Black pepper, Rice flour, Vitamins and minerals (potassium chloride, zinc gluconate, magnesium oxide, niacinamide, ferric orthophosphate, vitamin B12 [cyanocobalamin], thiamine hydrochloride, pyridoxine hydrochloride, calcium pantothenate, riboflavin).

Thaw before cooking. In a non-stick pan, heat 2 tbsp of cooking oil over medium heat. Add Modern™ Crumble and use a utensil to break up/separate product. Fry for 4 – 5 minutes, until brown in colour. Cook until internal temperature is 165°F.


Thaw before cooking. Preheat oven to 325˚F. Break up Modern™ Crumble and place in a 9 x 13 inch baking dish. Toss with 2 tbsp of oil and spread out evenly. Bake for 10 minutes and flip product. Bake for 5 more minutes. Cook until internal temp is 165°F.

I used the crumble in a traditional Filipino dish called Lumpia, and it was a great alternative to the ground pork and beef that i usually use. My vegetarian friends loved it! Will try again.
