New Modern Holiday Roast
Our chefs have created a brand new rendition of our plant-based holiday roast. Last Christmas was such a success we decided to create a limited supply of a brand new holiday roast to help you celebrate the Easter Holidays.

Modern Holiday Roast
An artisan, chef-curated plant-based roast filled with stuffing to fulfill all of your holiday cravings. Pair with vegan gravy and your favourite cranberry sauce for an easy, delicious main dish!
Allow roast to defrost for 24 hours before cooking.
Preheat oven to 350°F and line a baking tray with parchment paper.
Remove roast from the pouch and place in centre of tray. Coat with a basting sauce of your choice.
Cover loosely with tin foil and cook in oven for 1 hour, then remove foil and baste with the rest of your liquid. Return to oven and cook for 10 min. The roast is finished when the internal temperature reaches 165°F.
Remove roast from the oven and allow to rest for 15 minutes before serving
