Ingredients: Water, Pea protein, Carrot, Cauliflower, Deodorized coconut oil, Mushroom powder, Grape pomace (grapes, yeast), Celery, Methylcellulose, Yeast extract, Vinegar powder (maltodextrin, white distilled vinegar), Granulated garlic, Sea salt, Granulated onion, Red beet, Black pepper, Rice flour, Vitamins and minerals (potassium chloride, zinc gluconate, magnesium oxide, niacinamide, ferric orthophosphate, vitamin B12 [cyanocobalamin], thiamine hydrochloride, pyridoxine hydrochloride, calcium pantothenate, riboflavin).
How to Cook
PAN
In a non-stick pan, heat 1 tbsp of cooking oil over low – medium heat. Add frozen Modern™ Mini Burger and fry for 3 – 4 minutes each side until brown in colour. Cook until internal temperature is 165°F.
GRILL
Oil grill with cooking oil on low heat. Add frozen Modern™ Mini Burger and grill for 2 minutes each side. Repeat until brown in colour. Cook until internal temperature is 165°F.
