Instructions for Plant-Based Nachos Recipe

  1. Preheat oven to 325 deg F.
  2. Place half the tortilla chips on a parchment-lined baking tray
  3. Top with half of the shredded cheese, scallions, olives, and taco stuffer
  4. Repeat step 3. bake for 8 -12 minutes until cheese is melted and chips are toasted
  5. Once baked drizzle with warm cheese sauce. Garnish with picked cilantro
  6. Serve with pico de gallo, sour cream, and guacamole

Ingredients

  • MODERN MEAT TACO STUFFER – 300 grams
  • Corn tortilla chips – 500 grams
  • Black olives – 1 2/3 cups
  • Scallions – 2 large
  • Shredded cheese – 1 3/4 cups
  • Cilantro – picked and chopped 15 grams
  • Pico de gallo – 1 cup
  • Sour cream – 1/2 cup
  • Guacamole – 1/2 cup
  • Cheese sauce 1/2 cup
