Instructions for Plant-Based Nachos Recipe
- Preheat oven to 325 deg F.
- Place half the tortilla chips on a parchment-lined baking tray
- Top with half of the shredded cheese, scallions, olives, and taco stuffer
- Repeat step 3. bake for 8 -12 minutes until cheese is melted and chips are toasted
- Once baked drizzle with warm cheese sauce. Garnish with picked cilantro
- Serve with pico de gallo, sour cream, and guacamole
