Today the Modern Meat team will be presenting to a panel of judges at the BC Food and Beverage Awards in Vancouver who will ultimately decide the winner. The Modern Gyoza has been a work in progress and we are so happy to have a final product that not only tastes great with the flavours you know and love, but lets you enjoy the traditional Japanese dish while reducing your environmental impact.
